Egra Nibedita Social Welfare Society Founded in 2013, Egra Nibedita Social Welfare Society is a women-led, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women, especially in rural and underserved communities including SC, ST, Handicapped etc. The organization was born from the vision of a group of educated and socially conscious women in 2011, recognized the severe socio-economic challenges faced by women in remote villages across West Bengal.

What began as small-scale grassroots efforts soon evolved into a full-fledged voluntary organization committed to social change. Our mission is to uplift marginalized women and reintegrate them into the mainstream of society through education, skill development, and holistic support.

Over the years, we have expanded our reach to nearly every district in West Bengal and to several other regions across India. We are committed to growing our services and broadening our impact in the years to come. Since then, the organization has remained dedicated to empowering women through education, vocational training, Cultural Education,Awareness campaigns, and community-based support services. We aim to build an inclusive society where women have equal access to resources, opportunities, and dignity. Our slogan is ” SAMMAN & SURAKSHA”
